Excellent experience at the Fullerton Hotel. We did the Club Indulgence package which included access to the Straits Club and it was fantastic. The staff were ever so attentive to our needs. Small things like remembering your names, your preferences, go a long way.

Special shout out to Ryan who attended to us from the point of check in all the way to check out. Made us feel so welcome throughout our stay.

The Fullerton meets all the promises read across various sources relating to luxury, service and location. I cannot fault one area of the experience my wife and I had staying in the hotel. Our check-in and check-out was managed in a friendly and super professional manner. The service we experienced was consistently high be it from the Concierge, restaurant and lounge staff and housekeeping. The room was huge, immaculately clean and had everything you'd expect in a hotel of this quality.

The location is excellent. A 5 minute walk from the Merlion and fantastic restaurants along the adjacent boardwalk. The nearest MRT is approx. 7 mins walk and if you've been to Singapore you'll know being close to the MRT gets you anywhere quickly.

We will definitely stay here again next time we're in Singapore.

Best value for money - we booked the club room and breakfast, lunch and cocktail hours included in cost. Food is fantastic, room amazing and service unmatched. This is our second time and the staff remembered us which made us feel at home and welcomed.

The staff at Straits Club were all amazing, especially Ambi who was very attentive to us when we were there for breakfast and afternoon tea.

The room was also beyond amazing and had a million-dollar view. Concierge service was also prompt when we had requests.

Overall, we had an amazing stay and would come back again.
